PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylinder head cover with a reed valve and a breather chamber by heightening the degree of freedom in the installation of an engine, wherein the reed valve controlling secondary air supplied to a discharge port is installed to a cylinder head cover forming a valve chamber accommodating a valve device including an intake-side cam shaft and a discharge-side cam shaft corresponding to an intake value and a discharge valve, respectively, and communicated with a crank case between the cylinder head cover and the cylinder head, and the breather chamber communicated with the valve chamber is installed. SOLUTION: A housing 80 using one part of the cylinder head cover 45 as a constitution element is communicated with the cylinder head cover 45 at a position corresponding to one 57 of the intake-side cam shaft and the discharge-side cam shaft 57, 58, and a reed valve accommodation chamber 81 accommodating a reed valve 78 and a breather chamber 79 are formed in the housing 80.
