PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple flush toilet stool for sufficiently securing a water quantity enough for hand washing even in feed water by a ball tap valve. SOLUTION: The simple flush toilet stool is provided with an outdoor discharge overflow pipe 8 for discharging water to the outdoor in a feed water tank 1, arranges a first tank part 72 and a second tank part 73 by a partition plate 71 provided between the outdoor discharge overflow pipe 8 and a washing valve 4, is provided with an opening part 74 communicating with the first tank part 72 and the second tank part 73 on the upper part of the partition plate 71, makes the height of the lower end of the opening 74 and that of the outdoor discharge overflow pipe 8 approximately the same, arranges a float 6a of the ball tap valve 6 in the second tank part 73, and flushes water fed to the first tank part 72 from a discharge opening 36 of a hand washing bowl part 35 and the other water discharge opening 32a of the ball tap valve 6 through the opening part 74 to the second tank part 73.
