A rearview assembly (10) includes a mounting structure (636) and a tri-band antenna module (650). The mounting structure is adapted for mounting to a conductive mounting button (656) that is attached to an inside surface of a vehicle windshield (620). The tri-band antenna module is mounted adjacent the conductive mounting button and includes a patch antenna (692) and a dual-band cellular antenna (691).
