<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, an apparatus and a program of managing a printing status which can properly managing a printing status of an image forming apparatus under the consideration of a status of reducing sheets in jobs in which printing processing is not executed, in an image forming apparatus such as a composite machine. <P>SOLUTION: A coefficient setting section 13 sets a reduction effect coefficient for each processing to be executed by the composite machine, and stores the set reduction effect coefficient in a coefficient storage section 14. A paper reduction degree calculating section 15 obtains the number of sheets for each processing executed by the composite machine on the basis of the log information of the composite machine which is stored in a log storage section 12, and multiplies the obtained number of sheets by the corresponding reduction effect coefficient to calculate the degree of reduction of sheets. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
