<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow rate control system for a reciprocating compressor for reducing energy consumption, in addition to elongating a service life of a clearance unloader by reducing operation of the clearance unloader. <P>SOLUTION: The flow rate control system comprises: a discharge flow rate control valve 23 and a flow rate measuring means disposed in the middle of a discharge pipe 21; and a flow rate controller 9 for controlling a flow rate, by adjusting a position of a piston in the clearance unloader 5 with respect to a flow rate requirement value required by load, and adjusting opening of the flow rate control valve 23 based on a flow rate measurement value obtained by the flow rate measuring means and data on a position of a piston. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
