<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for solving defects in a received device which received, for determining the cause of losses by kinds, acting immediately, notifying customers and carrying out documentation. <P>SOLUTION: A system (40) which performs Receipt Inspection Reports (RIR) enables modification, search and report of RIR data. The RIR data are stored on a database (44) and are accessible online for facilitating tracking and analyzing defects and other problems. Search and custom report may be generated for tracking and analyzing the RIR in question.
