<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service processor for easily handling the occurrence of failures. <P>SOLUTION: Each service processor determines whether or not the storage setting described in an individual instruction information exists (S32), if the storage setting does not exist, each processor stops its processing, and if the storage setting exists, each processor stores the service requested from an cooperative processing server by associating the original data in the document to be processed with a service ID to specify the service requested from a cooperative processing server (S34).
