<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data communication device, reader/writer device and reader/writer device control program suitable to perform communication of a plurality of reader/writer devices sharing a communication range with a noncontact identification tag with the noncontact identification tag. <P>SOLUTION: This data communication system 1 includes first and second reader/writer devices 2A and 2B, and first to eighth noncontact identification tags 3A-3H. The first and second reader/writer devices 2A and 2B include a data receiving part 2a, a data transmitting part 2b, a control part 2c, a RAM 2e, a ROM 2f, a display part 2g and a radio communication part 2h. The first to eighth noncontact identification tags 3A-3H include a data receiving part 3a, a data transmitting part 3b, a control part 3c, an information storage part 3d, and a power source generation part 3e.
