<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk brake for securing good responsiveness by preventing the blockage of the movement of a front split body of a push rod even when a rear split body of the push rod is thrust obliquely to a cylinder axis. <P>SOLUTION: The brake disk comprises the push rod 44 to be moved while being thrust by a cam rod 42 of a cam mechanism 32. The push rod 44 is split into the front split body 45 to be thrust by the push rod 44 and threaded to a clutch member 82 for forcibly sliding a piston 26 relative to a cylinder 18 and the rear split body 46 to be put in engagement with the cam rod 42.
