PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic induction fluid heating device which can surely join minute pipes mutually inside a collecting pipe without generating a dead space, equipped with a heating body (collecting pipe) not generating any gap even if it is housed in a heating cell case with a rectangular cross-section, and to provide a pipe press jig and a pipe alignment jig. SOLUTION: Nonmagnetic pipes 36 constituting a collecting pipe 33 are diffusion-welded mutually and the cross-section of the collecting pipe 33 is formed into rectangular shape, or the cross-section is formed into regular triangle shape by combining the nonmagnetic pipes 36 and magnetic pipes, and magnetic pipes are arranged on a top or a periphery of an outer periphery section. In this case, the collecting pipe 33 has two kinds, i.e., a collecting pipe of a combination of the nonmagnetic pipes 36 and the magnetic pipes and a collecting pipe of a combination of only nonmagnetic pipes 36, or one kind, i.e., the collecting pipe of the combination of the nonmagnetic pipes 36 and the magnetic pipes.
