<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chlorinated polyolefin-based binder resin composition to be used for a paint, primer, ink, adhesive or heat sealant whose adhesive property to a polyolefin and other physical properties are improved by improving the stability of the chlorinated polyolefin. <P>SOLUTION: The chlorinated polyolefin-based binder resin composition comprises (a) 100 pts.wt. of a chlorinated polyolefin or acid-modified chlorinated polyolefin, which is obtained by chlorinating a polyolefin containing 0-20 wt% graftedα,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid and/or its derivatives and whose chlorine content is 10-45 wt.%, and (b) 0.1-20 pts.wt. of a compound containing one or two or more oxetane ring per one molecule and/or its resins. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
