PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem a frequency equalizer is incapable of compensating an amplitude of an amplifier, a mixer, or the like which has a convex amplitude frequency characteristic. SOLUTION: The series circuit of a resistor 7, a transmission line 11, and an inductor 12 is provided between a main line 6 on which a microwave signal transmits and a ground. A tip open line 13 is connected between the transmission line 11 and the inductor 12 of the series circuit. By selecting an electrical length of the transmission line 11 and the tip open line 13 to be shorter than a 1/4 wavelength in a desired frequency band, a frequency characteristic of a concave loss is also provided.
