PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable inter-dwelling-unit telephone conversations only between living room master phones whose settings at primary and subsidiary rooms have been registered, and to prevent telephone conversation channels between collective entrance phones and living room master phones, and between management office phones and the living room phones, from being limited by monopolizing the telephone conversation channels that are used between the dwelling units. SOLUTION: The inter-dwelling-unit telephone conversations can be practiced by a set personal computer 3, only between the master phones 11a, 12a, so on and 11b, 12b, so on whose settings at the primary rooms and at the subsidiary rooms are registered. By limiting the telephone conversation channels that are used between the dwelling units, phone calls from the collective entrance phones 1 to the living room phones and the telephone conversation channels used for performing these phone calls, and the phone calls from the management office phones 2 to the living room phones and the telephone conversation channels used for performing these phone calls are ensured, respectively, so that busy states between these phones can be prevented.
