PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal switching circuit capable of avoiding fluctuation in signal level that follows on/off of PIN diodes 18-21 without increase in the number of used components and without complex configuration, and with suppressed increase of power consumption and rising of manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: Matching circuits 10-13 are connected, where PIN diodes 18-21 controlled for on/off are connected between first and second input terminals 2<SB>1</SB>and 2<SB>2</SB>and first and second output terminals 3<SB>1</SB>and 3<SB>2</SB>, while matching resistors 10<SB>1</SB>-13<SB>1</SB>and PIN diodes 10<SB>2</SB>-13<SB>2</SB>are connected in series between the PIN diodes 18-21 and a ground. A signal translation path is formed between the input terminals 2<SB>1</SB>and 2<SB>2</SB>and the output terminals 3<SB>1</SB>and 3<SB>2</SB>when the PIN diodes 18-21 are turned on. When the PIN diodes 18-21 are turned off, corresponding PIN diodes 10<SB>2</SB>-13<SB>2</SB>are turned on to connect the matching resistors 10<SB>1</SB>-13<SB>1</SB>, so that the changes are reduced in output impedance of the PIN diodes 18-21 that are turned on by the PIN diodes 18-21, which have been turned off.
