PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of forming a speach channel which shortens the communication interruption time during moving between radio zones of a base station in a radio communication system. SOLUTION: A speach channel to base stations 3a, 3b, 3g in continuous radio zones 4a, 4d, 4g between the position of a mobile at the call start and a destination is previously formed at the call start, and radio frequencies used by base stations 3a, 3b, 3g in the radio zones 4a, 4d, 4g are previously reported to a radio telephone 5 of the mobile. When the mobile moves to the present radio zone 4a to the next radio zone 4d, it changes the present radio frequency of the present base station 3a to the reported radio frequency of the base station 3d in the next radio zone 4d.
