PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mat preventing a mat base material from hardening even if washing is repeated, and further, preventing the mat from waving even by washing. SOLUTION: The mat is composed by joining a mat whole cloth 1 on the surface of the mat base material 2, and the mat base material 2 is composed of a cross-linked rubber obtained by cross-linking a rubber compound. The rubber compound includes an acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber polymer as a main component of rubber components, and the acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber polymer has a nominal acrylonitrile content of 30-40 %. The rubber compound has a plasticizer including one kind or more of monomeric plasticizers having a molecular weight of≤430 and one kind or more of polymeric plasticizers having a molecular weight of≥600 and≤1,800.
