PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic treatment device capable of floating and supporting a highly strong and rigid vibration transmission member with respect to a sheath in a simple structure. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic treatment device is provided with an ultrasonic treatment tool comprising the vibration transmission member 9 for transmitting ultrasonic vibrations generated in an ultrasonic vibrator to a tip side, an ultrasonic probe 41f connected to the tip side of the vibration transmission member 9 for treating biological tissues by the ultrasonic vibrations transmitted from the vibration transmission member 9, and an insertion part jacket tube 4 covering the vibration transmission member 9. For the vibration transmission member 9, a flange part 41b is formed at the node position of the vibrations. The insertion part jacket tube 4 is constituted of an exterior sheath 4a and a tubular operation rod 50 as an inner sheath inserted to the exterior sheath 4a. A PTFE tube 80 is fitted as an elastic tube to the inner surface of the tubular operation rod 50, the PTFE tube 80 is abutted on the flange part 41b, and the vibration transmission member 9 is supported.
