PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use an insole also for another footwear and facilitate the handling in the insole changing over between pushing the sole and not pushing it. SOLUTION: This insole for the footwear is separably formed into a first layer part B and a second layer part C, and provided with projections B1 for pushing the sole in the upper surface of the first layer part B. The second layer part C having the width of the height of the projection B1 or more is separably formed into a partition layer D and a partition layer E, and through-holes D1 and D2 fitted with the projections B1 are provided in positions corresponding to the projections B1 in the partition layer D and the partition layer E.
