PURPOSE: A multipurpose double-faced frying pan is provided to roast and fry meat or fish, and boil fish by mounting a grill in the frying pan. CONSTITUTION: A multipurpose double-faced frying pan(10) is composed of an upper plate(11), and a lower plate(12). The upper and lower plates are coupled by a shaft pin(14), and have a main wall(13). Handles(15,15') are mounted to one side of the upper and lower plates. Grills(20) are detachably coupled to the inside of the frying pan.
