PURPOSE: An exercise belt is provided to reinforce the abdominal muscle and internal organs around the abdomen through the acupressure and massage of the abdomen while ensuring simple wear and increasing carrying convenience thereof. CONSTITUTION: The exercise belt comprises a support unit(1) supported by the waist and formed at opposite sides thereof with a pair of connection loops and an auxiliary loop between the connection loops, first and second flank protection units(4,8) having protection pads(5) and a connector(12) fitted to fixing members(6), a first connection unit(13) connected to the first flank protection unit(4) and having a massage unit(22), and a second connection unit(17) connected to the second flank protection unit(8).
