<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize an image forming device and a process cartridge provided in the same, by providing a toner supply port through which toner is supplied to a developer storage part, within a preset and prescribed width of a process cartridge side plate. <P>SOLUTION: In the image forming device, a process cartridge 6Y provided attachably to and detachably from a printer has side plates 61Y-1 and 61-Y2 supporting shafts of a photoreceptor, a developing sleeve, a toner carrying screw, etc. The image forming device is provided with a toner carrying device for supplying supply toner in a toner bottle 32Y to a developer storage part 53Y, and a toner supply port 62Y being in a position where a toner carrying pipe 43Y of the toner carrying device is connected to the process cartridge is provided within a prescribed width between side plates in the lengthwise direction of the process cartridge. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
