<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rocking vehicle capable of reducing the tread of a rear wheel while suppressing the angle of bend of a drive shaft to constitute a power transmission mechanism to be not greater than a predetermined value. <P>SOLUTION: In the rocking vehicle in which a swing shaft is provided on a vehicle body frame, right and left suspension arms are fitted to the swing shaft in a swinging manner, a drive wheel is fitted to each suspension arm, the vehicle body frame is rocked at a rocking axis with respect to the suspension arms, and the engine output is transmitted to the right and left drive wheels via a transmission, a reduction gear, and right and left output shafts provided on the reduction gear, axial lines 241 and 242 of right and left inner shafts 195 and 205 are both intersected with a straight line 237 as the rocking axis, and the resulting intersection points 246 and 247 are placed at each different position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
