<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sterilizing cleanser which is used for artificial dialyzers, has a sterilizing property, an inorganic stain-removing property, and an organic stain-removing property and can especially well remove the organic stains, even when the organic stains are fat-based stains or fat-protein-based composite stains, and to provide a method for cleansing the artificial dialyzer with the sterilizing cleanser. <P>SOLUTION: This sterilizing cleanser for the artificial dialyzers, comprising an aqueous solution which comprises hydrogen peroxide, acetic acid, peracetic acid and a surfactant, is characterized by using at least a compound represented by general formula (1): HO-(PO)<SB>n</SB>-(EO)<SB>m</SB>-(PO)<SB>k</SB>-H [PO is oxypropylene; EO is oxyethylene; (n) is the number of 3 to 50; (m) is the number of 1 to 100; (k) is the number of 3 to 50] as the surfactant. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
