<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel battery cell and a cell plate capable of enlarging an area ratio of an opening without spoiling strength of a base plate and capable of improving power generating output by enlarging an effective power generating area in a solid oxide fuel battery of a structure of supporting battery elements consisting of a solid oxide electrolyte and a top and bottom electrodes pinching it to the opening of the base plate. <P>SOLUTION: An anisotropic etching is applied on a monocrystal silicon base plate 1 with (110) face as a surface, and an angle of aperture α with the base plate surface at a cross section of the opening 5 with battery elements 2, 3, 4 laminated is set at nearly 90°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
