PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a constraint of difficulty in simultaneous operation between two or more processes in a CAD system. SOLUTION: Relations between circuit design data output by a circuit CAD system and circuit CAD management identifiers unique to the circuit design data are recorded in an interface management file, and packaging CAD management identifiers unique to the circuit design data are assigned and recorded in a packaging CAD management file. The circuit CAD management identifiers and packaging CAD management identifiers sharing the related circuit design data are related and recorded in the interface management file. The circuit CAD management identifiers of circuit design data subjected to data change in the circuit CAD system are acquired from the circuit CAD system, the packaging CAD management identifiers related to the circuit CAD management identifiers are determined from the records in the interface management file, and the circuit design data corresponding to the packaging CAD management identifiers are determined from the records in the packaging CAD management file.
