PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle behavior control device capable of performing accurate suppressing control against the sudden change of a spinning behavior such as reverse steering and quick counterturn in a turning direction. SOLUTION: A brake ECU 1 detects the spin state of a vehicle based on an output of a yaw rate sensor 42 or the like, and applies a braking force to a prescribed wheel (a turning outside front wheel) to perform spin suppressing control. When the vehicle behavior is suddenly changed from an over-steering state to an under-steering state, the brake ECU 1 changes a control threshold for starting the spin suppressing control to a value easier to start the control than a normal value.
