PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic modulus and viscoelastic modulus measuring apparatus, etc., for measuring an elastic modulus such as a shear modulus, a Poisson's ratio, and a Lame's constant, a viscoelastic modulus such as a viscosity shear modulus, a viscosity Poisson's ratio, and a viscosity Lame's constant, etc., and a density concerning a part of interest in a living body, even when another power source or an uncontrollable power source exists in a measurement object. SOLUTION: The apparatus includes: a storage means 2 for storing a distortion tensor data, etc., which are measured concerning the part of interest 7 set in the measurement object; and an elastic modulus and viscoelastic modulus calculating means 1 for calculating the shear modulus, etc., at an arbitrary point in the part of interest on the basis of the distortion tensor data, etc. The means 1 acquires the elastic modulus, etc, by numerical analysis on the basis of a first order partial differential equation which expresses the relation between the distortion tensor, etc., and the elastic modulus, etc. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
