PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of easily confirming whether a page decided to be a white paper page is a page to be deleted or not in the case of applying electronic processing to a document and filing it. SOLUTION: An image input means 10 acquires image data denoting an image of an original, and an image storage means 20 stores the image data acquired by the image input means 10. A white paper decision means 30 decides whether or not the image data stored in the image storage means 20 represents white paper for every page.
