PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel framed foundation material for a building and a formation method of concrete foundation for the building making use of the steel framed foundation material capable of making labor saving and rationalization of construction work and, at the same time, holding a certain quality such as high accuracy or the like of horizontal level of the basic surface. SOLUTION: A shape steel as the steel framed foundation material for the building has anchor materials at a proper interval on the lower surface of the shape steel, a fixed bolt for fixing a sill or a fixed member for fixing a column on the upper surface of the shape steel, and any one of an I-shaped steel so as to connect with a connecting board, a channel steel or an H-shaped steel can be used. The anchor material is provided to the lower surface of the shape steel, the fixed bolt for fixing the sill or the steel framed foundation material providing the fixed member for fixing the column is placed at the upper surface, and concrete is placed to a concrete sub-slab placed on rubble after the steel framed foundation material is built up.
