PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crosslinkable thermoplastic resin composition in which the deterioration of the resin, additives and fillers caused on crosslinking with an organic peroxide is controlled and the effects of improvement of physical properties by crosslinking are efficiently brought out and with which productivity is improved because of reduced sticking to a kneader and the stickiness of the surface of the molding is decreased. SOLUTION: The crosslinkable thermoplastic resin composition is obtained by melting and kneading 100 pts.mass thermoplastic resin and 0.001-2 pts.mass organic peroxide having a one minute half-life temperature of≤165°C.
