PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polylactic acid-based thermoplastic resin composition having improved impact resistance while maintaining transparency. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition comprises 0.1-99.9 mass % of a polylactic acid-based polymer (A) and 99.9-0.1 mass % of a graft copolymer (B) prepared by the graft-polymerization of a rubber-based polymer with vinyl monomers. The graft copolymer (B) is preferably a graft-polymerization product prepared from a polyorganosiloxane/acrylic-based composite rubber containing polyorganosiloxane and alkyl(metha)acrylate rubber as a rubber-based polymer.
