PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration-proof rubber-compounded composition reducing a dynamic magnification without reducing other characteristics such as strength, fatigue resistance and setting resistance; and to provide a vibration-proof rubber using the composition. SOLUTION: The vibration-proof rubber-compounded composition contains a natural rubber and a terminal-modified butadiene rubber having≥50% cis-1,4 bond as rubber components, and carbon black. The terminal-modified butadiene rubber is obtained by modifying a butadiene rubber with an amine derivative. Preferably, the weight ratio of the natural rubber to the terminal-modified butadiene rubber is within the range of (4/6)-(9/1). COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
