DETERGENT COMPOSITION CONTAINING FATTY ACID POLYGLYCERIDE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detergent composition excellent in stability in transparency. SOLUTION: The detergent composition contains any one of the following fatty acid polyglycerides (1) to (3): (1) a fatty acid polyglyceride obtained by subjecting glycerin to addition polymerization with glycidol to give a polyglycerin, and esterifying the polyglycerin with a fatty acid; (2) a fatty acid polyglyceride obtained by subjecting a fatty acid to addition polymerization with glycidol and hydrolyzing the addition polymer to give a polyglycerin, and esterifying the polyglycerin with a fatty acid; and (3) a fatty acid polyglyceride obtained by subjecting a fatty acid to addition polymerization with glycidol and esterifying the obtained polymer with a fatty acid.
