PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bleaching agent without having irritation, toxicity and/or allergic property to skin and at the same time stable in a composition, or the bleaching agent reinforced with its activity so as to be used by a smaller amount and widely reduced with conspicuous side effects. SOLUTION: This cosmetic use of at least one compound expressed by formula (1) in the cosmetic composition is as the bleaching agent for the skin and/or hair of head and/or other hairs.
