PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely fix a supply pipe and a return pipe for a cool heat refrigerant heat-exchanged by a cooling heat exchanger to a heat insulated structure fitted to the periphery of the cooling heat exchanger (cold head) of a Stirling refrigerator. SOLUTION: The heat insulated structure 52 covering the peripheral surface of the cooling heat exchanger comprises an insulator mounting cap 53 and an insulator 58 installed on the inside of the insulator mounting cap 53 and covering the peripheral surface of the cooling heat exchanger 31. The outline of the insulator mounting cap 53 comprises a plurality of flat faces 55, and the supply pipe 56 and the return pipe 57 for the cool heat refrigerant are fixed to the flat faces 55 through an insulator mounting casing 59.
