PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stainless steel-like decorative sheet capable of being molded two-dimensionally by lapping processing, vacuum forming or the like. SOLUTION: The decorative sheet is constituted by providing a surface protective layer on a thermoplastic resin substrate layer, an aluminum foil layer and a transparent thermoplastic resin layer and a hairline-like embossed pattern is applied to the decorative sheet. Further, the metal foil is an aluminum foil treated with boehmite, the thermoplastic resin substrate layer comprises a colored or transparent polyolefin resin, a colored or transparent copolyester resin or the like, the transparent thermoplastic resin layer comprises a transparent polyolefin resin or a transparent polyester resin and the surface protective layer conaines a silicone modified acrylic urethane resin obtained by introducing an organopolysiloxy group into the side chain of a glass beads-containing acrylic urethane resin.
