PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rationally treat a material excluded from a slit portion, in the case of efficiently fitting this material to a metallic mold and forming this material when a deep slit is formed. SOLUTION: The slit shaft arranges a round flange 10a at the center part in the longitudinal direction and the slit 20 in the diameter direction opened toward the shaft end at the one side of this flange 10a and a V-shape bevel part opened from this slit 20 to the shaft end part direction, are arranged. A groove in the diameter direction is arranged at the tip end part of a blank formed as a bar-state in a preliminary process, and this groove is enlarged with a pushing-in member formed as a platy-state in a main process and thus, the slit 20 in the diameter direction extended from the end surface to the shaft direction, and a V-shaped guiding surface extended from the slit 20 to the shaft direction, are formed.
