PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical treatment planning apparatus for raising precision in radiation concerning a respiratory synchronization intermittent radiation method by grasping the transfer of lesion in a body through the use of an image diagnostic instrument, and allowing relation with a respiratory waveform by a respiratory waveform detecting device to be clear. SOLUTION: The respiratory synchronization radiotherapy planning apparatus includes: a respiratory waveform obtaining part 101 for obtaining the respiratory waveform; and a waveform information processor 102 for processing respiratory waveform information, on the basis of the respiratory waveform obtained by the obtaining part 101 and image information measured by an image measuring instrument 103.
