PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-use vehicle installation type lift device for nursing by constituting the lift device for nursing in a large size sufficiently utilizing the size of the opening part of a vehicle. SOLUTION: The lift device L for nursing which elevates and lowers the mounting base 1 of a body to be mounted by a hydraulic actuator is provided on the opening part O of the vehicle V, a hydraulic pump 51 for hydraulic fluid supply is disposed at a part separated from the opening part, and the hydraulic actuator is driven by hydraulic fluid supplied from the hydraulic pump 51.
