A polymer mixture based on oligomeric, stable condensable organosilanols and fiber-molecule forming polymers comprises a condensation product prepared by hydrolysis and at least partial condensation of the hydrolysis product of an organosilane or corresponding derived oligomers and a fiber-molecule forming organic polymer. A polymer mixture (I) based on oligomeric, stable condensatable organosilanols and fiber-molecule forming polymers comprises: (a) at least one condensation product prepared by hydrolysis and at least partial condensation of the hydrolysis product of an organosilane of formula (1) or corresponding derived oligomers and; (b) at least one fiber-molecule forming organic polymer having no reactive groups such as polyolefins or polymers having reactive groups such as polyamides, polyethyleneterephthalate or acrylic polymers.
