A combination of a base (10) and an axial tube (11) for an electric motor in which the base has a tube-shaped body and a axial hole (101) in which a flange (102) extends from a peripheral edge. The axial tube has an outer periphery on the lower section of which is at least one projection and is inserted through the axial hole of the base. The lower section of the outer periphery of the axial tube engages with the lower section of the inner periphery of the axial hole of the base. The at least one projection of the axial tube engages with the positioning recess (103) of the base. At least one springy hooking bar (112) is formed in the tubular body of the axial tube and the hook (114) provides secure fixing of a stator around the axial tube.
