A granular preparation (A) containing a functional material (I) includes a binder (II) in the form of (a) chemically and/or physically crosslinked polymers or (b) block copolymers with hydrophilic and polymer-compatible segments. An independent claim is included for the preparation of (A), by wet-grinding (I) in presence of (II) and optionally auxiliaries, then granulating by drying the aqueous grinding mixture.
