PURPOSE: A fixing device for a fishing rod is provided to make the production of the device of a small volume and the one-pieced manufacture of its parts possible. CONSTITUTION: The fixing device for a fishing rod includes: a support(35) supporting the fishing rod(30); a support body, connected with the support(35); a right and left rotating member(50), rotating the support body right and left; an up-and-down rotating member(60), rotating the support body and the right and left rotating member(50) in an upper or lower direction; and a fixing member(70), fixing the support body to the ground.
