PURPOSE: A cigarette with nano silver particles and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent deterioration of adsorbing a harmful material and detoxication. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method comprises the steps of: (S04) preparing a cigarette by (S02) processing and (S03) cutting a leaf cigarette and rolling with a cigarette paper; (S20) preparing a filter; (S05) bonding the cigarette and the filter; and (S10) adding nano silver particles in the step (S20), (S04) or (S05). The cigarette with nano silver particles comprises a cigarette formed by rolling the processed leaf cigarette with a cigarette paper; a filter bonded to one side of the cigarette and filtering a harmful material inhaled; and a filter membrane with nano silver particles which is located between the cigarette and the filter or inserted into the filter and adsorbs or removes the harmful material.
