<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism for keeping secrecy of a document to be processed or of process result in a work flow system, so as not to be known except the information processing apparatus processing a particular job. <P>SOLUTION: Based on an instruction document data 300 produced in an integrated machine 100, a process server 201 encrypts charging information obtained by the own processing, with the public key of a process server 203 for clearing the charge for a user using the above charging information. Also, a process server 202 performs predetermined image conversion against a received image data 350, based on the received instruction document data.
