<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of securing a load factor by an inrush current at start, output fluctuations due to seasons, and the maintenance of battery charging charges, and so on, when a small-scale distributed power source is used as an independent power source. <P>SOLUTION: This power supply switching device is constructed so that when a load is started by a commercial power supply and is in a stationary state, its output is switched to the distributed power source, and the distributed power source is switched to the commercial power source at the lowering of the maximum output or a light load.
