<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conduit water stop device which quickly handles such work as additional stretching, with less number of components, for easy attaching/detaching operation. <P>SOLUTION: The conduit water stop device seals a conduit P in which a cable C is laid, and comprises a holding member 1, a sealing member 2 which elastically deforms and covers the holding member 1, pressurizing plates 3 and 4 arranged across the sealing member 2, and a fastening member that fastens the pressurizing plates 3 and 4. A cable can be attached from outside the holding member 1 and the pressurizing plates 3 and 4 that are temporarily assembled, for easy operation such as additional stretching of the cable C. By compressing and deforming the sealing member 2 by tightening the fastening means, the outer peripheral surface of the sealing member 2 tightly contacts the inner peripheral wall of the conduit P, to prevent water or the like from entering. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
