摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency in changing and modulating a refraction factor of an electric-optic crystal. <P>SOLUTION: This electric field detection optical device detects the electric field on the basis of the entered laser beam for detecting the electric field. An electric field detection optical part 21 corresponding to this electric field detection optical device is mounted between a detected light output part 25 and an entrance face 28a of an electric-optic crystal 28, and comprises: a first cylindrical lens 41a for focusing the laser beam in the facing direction of a signal electrode 30 and a ground electrode 32 and applying the laser beam to the entrance face 28a of the electric-optic crystal member 28; and a second cylindrical lens 41b mounted on an optical path of the laser beam in a state of being separated from an output face 28b of the electric-optic crystal 28, and outputting the laser beam output from the output face 28b of the electric-optical crystal 28 as the parallel beam. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p>
