PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal having both analog telephone and IP (Internet protocol) telephone functions. SOLUTION: The communication terminal is once connected to a line for an analog telephone (S20) when an IP telephone of a call destination is busy, receives connection available information of the IP telephone from the call destination (S24) when the IP telephone line is free (S22) and the communication terminal connects with the IP telephone line (S32).
