PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make highly accurately graspable whether a mobile equipment can use a plurality of communication systems changing with time. SOLUTION: The mobile equipment 10 enables communication by the plurality of the communication systems. A use existence determining part 13 determines the use existence of the plurality of the communication systems at a current position of the mobile 10 on the basis of electric field intensity of cellular phone network and electric field intensity of wireless LAN (local area network). A communication system selection 14 selects the communication system most precisely measuring the current position from among the communication systems determining use possibility. For instance, in the case that the cellular phone is selected, a cellular phone network communication part 15 estimates the current position of the mobile 10, and transmits the determined result of the use existence to an information provision server 20 together with information indicating the current position.
